New electrodialysis installation.

Alima FPT is working with a new project comprising a demineralization system for whey coming from tvorog cheese production, using an electrodialysis (ED) system for continuous operation. The final demineralization degree is minimum 70% ( max. 2,5% ash in total solids). This system will be shipped to the customer even in this year. The ED system is a last part of the production line delivered by Alima  consisting of, apart from ED, microfiltration system (MF) for cheese why pre-treatment and nanofiltration system (NF) for product concentration before  ED. The production line will be able to process 300.000 liters of whey per day.
