RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
We have provided support to customers in many sectors of the food industry for more than 20 years. Based on our many years of experience, we provide technology and engineering consultancy, as well as direct participation in research and development activities carried out to find the most optimal solutions for business and industry.

We work with well-respected research entities, including universities, scientific institutes and technology parks, providing technical and technological support and business partners, working towards the development of the research area involving the fractionation of food ingredients, including extracting what is most valuable from food.
Bioactive substances are essential nutrients naturally occurring in food that affect the physiological and metabolic functions of the body. These include vitamins, peptides, enzymes, specific proteins and amino acids. The extraction of bioactive compounds requires complex and sophisticated technologies, with precisely chosen parameters aimed at interfering as little as possible with the biochemical nature of the substance.
For these reasons membrane filtration is used in the fractionation of food ingredients, forming an essential part of the complete technological process. We are currently actively involved in research projects based on modern technologies.
Among our finished projects, a significant share is made up of remote control equipment dedicated to research on the laboratory scale, as well as on the semi-technical scale. For many years, we have supported R&D units by offering ‘tailor-made’ tools based on membrane technology, often multifunctional, offering tests of multiple processes on a single piece of equipment.

We have our own research and development centre, offering a number of pilot systems that allow technological trials to be conducted directly in a production environment. Our equipment is mobile, scalable and versatile in terms of performance as well as process selection.
We have all the infrastructure ready for industrial-scale testing. We also have analytical facilities, in which laboratory determinations can be performed.
